E-bike maintenance interval planner

By · Research and corrections policy

Enter a time or distance interval from your exact component manual or service provider. The prefilled values are a fictional arithmetic example, not recommended service intervals. Replace them with your own records and exact instructions. This reminder does not inspect your bike or determine whether it is safe to ride.

Entered intervals not yet reached. Date trigger: 2026-10-31 (22 days remaining). Distance remaining: 186.4 mi (300 km). Condition checks and manufacturer instructions still apply.

Fictional example: last service September 1, 2026; check October 9, 2026; 60 days or 310.7 mi (500 km).

A link includes service dates, odometer readings, intervals and the unit label. Share only information you want recipients to see. This tool does not save your inputs or service history.

How this works

The date trigger is last service date plus your interval in days. The distance trigger is last service odometer plus your distance interval. If either selected trigger has been reached, the reminder is due. Changing input units converts the odometer readings and interval together. Paired references are rounded; calculations use unrounded values.

Consult the service planning guide and your current manuals. A malfunction or damaged part needs attention regardless of this result. Use both applicable triggers, or clear the distance interval and both odometer readings for a date-only plan. Clear the day interval for a distance-only plan.

Read the cleaning guide and component condition and longevity guide alongside the reminder.

Turn a reminder into a specific check

The reminder above calculates dates and distance; it does not decide which service procedure is due. Put the actual task, relevant manual and required tool in your service notes.
